"Kazan - 2014-cü ildə türk dünyasının paytaxtıdır" layihəsi çərçivəsində 16-19 iyul 2014-cü il tarixlərdə Kazan şəhərində Tatarıstan Respublikası Mədəniyyət Nazirliyi və Beynəlxalq türk mədəniyyəti cəmiyyətinin (TÜRKSOY) birgə təşkilatçılığı ilə "Türk xalqlarının qeyri-maddi irsi mühafizə obyekti kimi" mövzusunda beynəlxalq elmi-praktiki konfrans keçirilib. AMEA-nın məlumatına görə, tədbirdə Türkiyə, Azərbaycan, Qazaxıstan və s. kimi türk dövlətləri və Rusiya Federasiyasının 10 regionunun ali məktəb müəllimi, alimlər, mədəniyyət mərkəzlərinin rəhbərləri iştirak ediblər.
Konfransın işində ölkəmizi AMEA Memarlıq və İncəsənət İnstitutunun əməkdaşları - memarlıq üzrə elmlər doktoru Rayihə Əmənzadə, institutun elmi katibi, sənətşünaslıq üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru V.Kərimli və sənətşünaslıq üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru, dosent İ.Hacıyev, həmçinin institutun doktorantı Z.Salmanova təmsil edib. Konfransda dialektologiya, etnoqrafiya, kulturologiya, hüquq, iqtisadiyyat, folklor və s. kimi elm sahələrinin mütəxəssisləri həm Rusiya Federasiyası ərazisində, həm də onun sərhədlərindən kənarda qeyri-maddi mədəni irs problemlərini müzakirə ediblər. Alimlər ənənəvi türk xalq mədəniyyətlərinin sistemləşdirmə və tədqiq məsələləri, həmçinin qeyri-maddi mədəni irsin daşıyıcısı kimi dilin mühafizəsi problemləri haqqında fikir mübadiləsi aparıblar.
