"Bu, xüsusi şirkətləri əhatə edən bir razılaşmadır və o, ABŞ istifadəçilərinin məlumatlarının Pekinə göndərilməməsini təmin edən konkret bir bəndi nəzərdə tutur", - o, Fox Business kanalına verdiyi müsahibəsində bildirib.
